ZOI HOUSE LOBBY, Dividing screens and logo in multi unit residential building, Miami, FL.


Designed to provide an elegant and private mood for its residents. The lobby area is divided by decorative screens providing separation between lounge, waiting area, elevators and mail room areas and at the same time emphasizing the unique design and location of the building.

Architectural screens walls are made of double layer aluminum composite CNC panels, supported by 2" aluminum frame creating a rigid dividing screen system.

  • 12' x 3' Floor to ceiling dividing screens with 2" frame.

    4' x 4' Logo with 2" frame.



  • 1/8 in. Aluminum composite panels, in silver brushed finish.
